I signed up to Love Your Body™ Club in-store. How do I activate my account online?

Once you’ve signed up in-store, this will automatically register you with an online account. There’s no need to create a second account. Just sign in online with the same email address and they will both automatically link – couldn’t be easier!

How do I redeem my rewards?

Any Love Your Body™ Club and birthday rewards can be redeemed online and in-store.

Do I earn points when I purchase gift cards?

No, points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards. Points are only awarded when gift cards are redeemed.

How do I redeem my Love Your Body™ Club vouchers online?

Once you have accumulated enough points to receive a reward, it will be available at the checkout, whether you're shopping in-store or online

How do I find my birthday reward?

If you've provided us with your birthday, we'll send you a $10 birthday reward to celebrate!

Sign into your Love Your Body™ Club account and a unique code will be in your account on the day of your birthay. We'll send your code in an email within 48h of your birthday.

Can I redeem my Love Your Body™ Club birthday reward online or in-store?

You can apply your unique birthday code at in the discount code box in the online checkout or show your code in-store before checking out.

How many rewards can I apply in one transaction?

Currently, you are able to apply up to three loyalty rewards in one transaction (300 points = $15 total). Along with this, you can also apply your birthday reward or another coupon code on top. Happy shopping!
